Shipping & Delivery Policy
All packages are shipped via a trackable service and will require a signature upon delivery, If you cannot be at home for the delivery then we urge you to make other arrangements i.e. a different delivery address, or a neighbour who will be happy to sign for the package on your behalf.

International Shipping is available, but we will not be held responsible for any further customs fees or extra charges, These are the sole responsibility of the receiver, So please check your countries customs fees and possible extra charges before ordering.
Do you have a budget Delivery method?
We do offer a budget method for delivery, which is cheaper, and may take a little longer, however, should your package go missing, get stolen by your neighbour or any other reason for your parcel not reaching you, we will not be held liable, This method of postage is entirely at the risk of the customer, there is no come back, so for this reason, we strongly recommend that you opt for (at least) the 48hr Tracked, but the gamble is entirely your choice.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Customer Notice
Due to the current situation, deliveries can take a little longer than advertised, We wish it wasn’t the case, We wish it was all over and done with, But we fully understand the increased pressure that postal services and couriers are under at the moment, and we urge you to feel the same, It can’t be helped, However, if you urgently need your package we can only advise you to upgrade your shipping, as these are taking priority right now.
